The staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming to my Service Dog Toby!! The bed Was high quality gel foam. Firmer side but absolutely perfection due to a recent car accident. Being 34 years old, I feel bad alot and the comfort was exactly what I needed on this short vacation. The staff and hospitality were like no other!! The balcony being able to enjoy that was private to our room was excellent. I didn't have to worry with my Dog coming out to get air with me.

The staff was so welcoming, polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and with super comfy beds. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was perfect. Using the room heater was super easy and it was quick to warm the room. Having a continental breakfast each morning until 10am, was a money saver. The waffles were great! They also give complimentary water bottles, doesnt sound like a lot, but it was very much appreciated. The location is in this cute little area with lots of shops, restaurants and tasting rooms all within a short walking distance. Its also super close to the freeway and a 10min drive to Pismo Beach, if youre exploring the local beach town. They also have an outdoor jacuzzi that we frequented. It wasnt too cold because the buildings blocked the wind, it was a great way to end the day!

Everything met the expectations for this type of hotel. The location is excellent- right at the top of the Village. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was cozy with a nice fire and solid breakfast choices. The staff was calm and friendly. Water was freely provided at the front desk.

This is not the Best Western you stayed at as a kid! From the appearance down to the bed, nothing was overlooked. Very well trained staff, sparkling pool and hot tub that was actually HOT and clean, it's the real deal. Next to a few great restaurants and easy access to the 101- this is our new go to when visiting AG- we can drive to the beach, these accommodations at Pismo would cost well over $500 a night

Clean. Nice exterior- interior. Great location. In walking distance to Misc stores-snacks, drinks, food etc Front parking lot and spacious rear parking lot on site. Walkways. Views.

This hotel was amazing. We stayed for one night while driving from SF to LA. The place was clean and new, all the staff members were beyond kind and nice! The happy hour was an unexpected surprise. We walked near the hotel; it was so cozy and had many options for dinner. Highly recommend the hotel.

It's a nice clean hotel with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. The staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. This was my second time staying here, the first time around, I had a room facing the Main Street, this time my room was to the back facing the swimming pool. I preferred the Main Street view, since Arroyo Grande is super cute.

Wonderful location, nice cafes/breakfast places/bakery in walking distance. Clean and quiet room, quiet-ish A/C, large enough mini refrigirator, and even a microwave. The coffee/tea station at the reception were actually useful (unlike many other places). (Note: we did not check the breakfast so cannot comment on that). Wifi was good enough for streaming video.
